A month of content from one brand.
A social media manager can keep a brand's colors, fonts and layout rules as tokens in Wonderblok and ask an AI agent for posts, carousel slides and stories in every size. The agent reflows copy for each format, and the manager reviews and exports PNG files for scheduling.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Sound familiar?
The calendar is full and every idea needs four formats: a square post, a portrait post, a story and a carousel. The design decisions were made once, in the brand guide, and then repeated by hand dozens of times.
Keep the guide as tokens and layout rules in the file. Give the agent the week's topics and copy, and it lays out each format. You approve, tweak the hook line and export.
One idea, four formats
Each post is resized and reflowed by hand.
Brand drift over a month
Small deviations pile up when many people make posts.
Carousels take the longest
Nine slides with consistent type and rhythm are slow to build.
AN EXAMPLE WEEK
From a brand guide to a week of posts, ready to schedule
A scenario, not a customer story: what a week can look like when your agent works on the canvas with you.
Monday
The brand guide becomes tokens
You manage the account for a small skincare brand. The guide says two colors, one heading font, one body font and plenty of white space. You connect your agent and ask it to save those as tokens and write the layout rules into the file. Anyone who makes a post from now on starts from the same place.
Tuesday
The week's topics go in
You paste five topics with their copy: a tip, a product, a customer question, a promo and a behind-the-scenes. The agent lays out each one as a feed post. You change two hooks, drop one idea that does not fit, and keep the rest.
Wednesday
The carousel
Your longest job used to be the nine-slide carousel. You give the outline, and the agent builds the slides at 1080 by 1350 with a strong first slide, the same type rhythm throughout and a call to action at the end. You spend your time on the wording of slide one.
Thursday
Stories and other formats
The approved square post becomes a tall story and a portrait post. The agent keeps the headline readable and moves the logo to a safe spot. You check them side by side and fix one that crowds the edge.
Friday
Review, then export
You leave notes on the slides that need work. The agent changes them and says what it touched. You export every approved frame as PNG, and the images go to your scheduling tool. Wonderblok has nothing to do with the posting.
Next week
A new campaign, same brand
A sale starts on the 25th. You ask for a campaign set: the feed post, the story, a cover for the carousel and a web banner. They all share the brand tokens, so the set looks like one campaign instead of four pieces.
BEFORE AND AFTER
What changes once your agent has a canvas.
WITHOUT A DESIGN FILE
- One idea becomes four formats, and each is resized and retyped by hand.
- Small deviations in color and spacing pile up over a month, especially when several people make posts.
- A nine-slide carousel takes the whole afternoon.
- The brand guide is a PDF that people forget to open.
- A late copy change means opening a dozen files.
WITH WONDERBLOK
- One idea becomes every format you need, in one file.
- Colors, fonts and spacing are tokens, so every post starts on brand.
- A carousel is drafted for you, and you spend your time on the hook and the wording.
- The agent reads your layout rules before it edits.
- A copy change is a request, and you can see every place it touched.
HOW IT WORKS
Social media managers: the workflow, step by step.
Each step shows what you ask for, what you get, and the features behind it.
- 01
Connect an AI agent first
Wonderblok is the canvas, and an AI coding agent does the drawing: Claude Code, Codex or Claude Desktop. You need one of them connected before anything else. They come from their makers and are not part of Wonderblok. The app sets up the connection for you. After that, you ask in plain language. Your files stay on your computer.
MCPLocal filesYou get: Your agent can see and change your design file.
- 02
Turn the brand guide into tokens
Colors, fonts and spacing from the guide become tokens. Light and dark values can be set for each, which helps when a brand has a dark story style. Posts then use the tokens instead of loose values, so a brand update is a value change.
Tokens and modesFontsYOU SAY
Create tokens from this brand guide: primary #1F5D50, cream #F6F0E4, a serif heading font and a clean sans serif body font. Add a spacing scale of 8, 16, 24 and 40.
You get: A brand that every post can use and that changes in one place.
- 03
Write the layout rules
The rules you repeat to every new teammate go into the file's guidelines: margins on every post, where the logo sits, the longest a headline may be, never put text over a face. The agent has to read the current rules before it edits.
GuidelinesRead-before-editYOU SAY
Read the design guidelines, then check the three posts in the Week 12 frame against them and list anything that breaks a rule.
You get: A written standard that is applied without being repeated.
- 04
Build one master post as a component
Draw the structure of a feed post once: the headline area, the image area, the logo and the footer. Make it a component with variants for the layouts you use. Every new post is then an instance with different words, and a fix to the master reaches all of them.
Components and variantsFrames and auto layoutYOU SAY
Make the feed post a component with three variants: text only, image with headline, and quote. Use my tokens and keep the logo in the bottom left.
You get: A reusable post you can fill with each week's copy.
- 05
Feed the week and build the carousel
Paste the week's topics and copy, in any language. Ask for the posts first, then the carousel. The agent lays out each slide at the format size and reflows text to fit.
Custom frame sizesComponentsTokensYOU SAY
Make a nine-slide carousel from this outline at 1080 by 1350. Slide one is a bold hook, slide nine is a call to action to save the post. Use my tokens and the same layout on slides two to eight.
You get: A carousel that holds together from the first slide to the last.
- 06
Make every size from the approved one
Once a post is approved, ask for the other formats as their own frames in the same file. The agent keeps the headline and brand, and fits the layout to each shape. You compare them side by side.
Several sizes in one fileFontsYOU SAY
Turn this square post into a 1080 by 1920 story and a 1080 by 1350 portrait post. Keep the headline readable and keep the logo away from the edges.
You get: Story, portrait and square versions of one idea.
- 07
Review the batch, then export
Leave notes on the layers that need work. The agent acts on them, reports what it changed and marks each note done. You can revert any change. When the batch is right, export PNG files and upload them to the tool you schedule with.
NotesChange history and revertExport PNGYOU SAY
Apply my notes on the Week 12 frame, then export every approved post as PNG.
You get: A folder of PNG files named and ready for your scheduling tool.
USE CASES
Six jobs you can hand to your agent this week.
The weekly post batch
Five posts a week, each needing a layout, and the copy only arrives on Monday morning.
PROMPT Lay out these five posts as 1080 by 1350 feed posts using the master component. Use the quote variant for post four. Tell me if any headline does not fit.
Result: Five posts on brand, and a list of the headlines that needed trimming.
ComponentsTokensExport PNGAn educational carousel
A how-to or a list post performs when the slides are clean, and each one takes time to make consistent.
PROMPT Turn this outline of seven skincare mistakes into a carousel at 1080 by 1350 with a numbered style, a hook on slide one and a save-this call to action on the last.
Result: A full carousel in one consistent rhythm, ready for you to edit the wording.
Frames and auto layoutTokensStories from the feed
Every approved post also needs a tall story, and the crop never works the first time.
PROMPT Make a 1080 by 1920 story from each of this week's posts. Keep text away from the top and bottom edges.
Result: Stories that reflow the post for the tall format instead of cropping it.
Several sizes in one fileFrames and auto layoutFive hooks to choose from
The first slide decides if people stop. You want to compare options, not guess.
PROMPT Create five different hook variations for slide one of the carousel and lay them out in a row so I can compare them.
Result: Five first slides side by side. You choose, and you remain the author of the idea.
FramesComponentsA campaign set for a sale
A sale needs the same offer as a post, a story, a carousel cover and a web banner, all at once.
PROMPT For the 25 November sale, make a feed post, a story, a carousel cover and a 1200 by 628 web banner with the same offer and the same look.
Result: Four assets that read as one campaign.
TokensSeveral sizes in one fileExport PNGHighlight covers and a profile image
The profile looks unfinished: the highlight covers are mismatched and the profile image is cropped badly.
PROMPT Make six highlight covers in my brand colors with simple line icons for products, tips, reviews, promos, behind the scenes and contact, and a profile image with the logo centered.
Result: A set of covers that match, drawn as vectors so you can change them.

WHAT TO LOOK AT
The features that matter most to you.
MCP connection
Your agent lays out the posts on the canvas, so you describe and review instead of resizing by hand.
Tokens with modes
Brand colors and fonts live in one place. A brand update or a dark style is a value change.
Guidelines the agent must read
Your layout rules are applied to every post without you repeating them.
Components with variants
A master post and a few layouts keep a month of posts consistent.
Frames with auto layout
Text reflows when the copy gets longer, so a new hook does not break the slide.
Any frame size
Square, portrait, story and web banner sit in one file, side by side.
Fonts
Wonderblok bundles several families, and you can add your own font files.
Notes and change history
Feedback goes on the slide it is about, and every change can be reviewed or reverted.
Export PNG, SVG and PDF
PNG files go to your scheduling tool. SVG and PDF are there when you need them.
Files stay on your device
Unreleased campaigns are saved on your own computer.
QUESTIONS
Straight answers.
Can I make Instagram carousels in Wonderblok?
Yes. Make frames at the format size, such as 1080 by 1350, lay out each slide, and export them as PNG files.
Can AI keep my posts on brand?
Brand colors, fonts and spacing are stored as tokens and your guidelines are read by the agent before it edits, so layouts follow your rules.
Does it schedule posts?
No. Wonderblok is where you design the visuals; exported images go to your scheduling tool.
Can I work in more than one language?
Yes. Ask the agent for translated versions and check that longer text still fits.
Can Wonderblok make Reels or videos?
No. Wonderblok designs still images, such as posts, carousel slides, stories and covers. It does not edit video. You can design a cover image or title frame and export it as PNG.
Is the Free plan enough for a month of content?
Free includes 100 MCP calls a week, which is enough to try the workflow on a post or a short carousel. A month of posts in several formats will use more. That is what Pro and its much higher limit are for.
Do I need a coding agent, and does it run on Windows?
You need an AI agent connected: Claude Code, Codex or Claude Desktop, set up separately from Wonderblok. The desktop app is for macOS today, and other systems are coming soon. Your exported PNG files work on any device.
